Instructions
To prepare the Citrus Syrup: Combine every items into a pot, bring to a gentle boil, agitating so the sugar melts. After that, take off the burner allowing it to cool down entirely. Pour into a sterilised bottle, seal and refrigerate it chilled, it will last for up to four weeks.
Preparing the Cocktail Base: Mix all the liquid ingredients in a large bottle, let it rest for an hour, then filter it best through muslin, so it's fully clarified.
For serving: Add 85ml of your premix into a cocktail shaker packed with ice, and stir carefully for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Filter to a frosted cocktail glass or equivalent, top with some cranberries and complete it using a quick spritz of the essential oil over the top.
